APPLICATION
BLW conveys flammable gas for iron and steel smelting, food processing, chemical industry, casting, glass processing, road roller, pipeline and gas furnace for packing, charcoal stove and casting cupola. BLW is also used in air dry, sand blast, grain air dry, dedusting, spraying, filtering and dust blowing. Besides, the blower is used to fill or stir gas in water treatment factory, ice making, oil blend, condensation proof in power station, fish pond, filling gas in lake, vinegar mixing, food cleaning and so on. The blower can also be used to convey powder, flour or the medium with similar characteristics, saw dust, scrap iron and to dedust cave. Also, the blower can convey the gas and/or vapor generated from the process of the chemical industry, food industry, gas, waste gas, air or beverage industry, and vacuum cleaning system, folder, vacuumizing of the filling machine of the pipe and bottle.
PRODUCT FEATURES
The blower conveys the same air capacity in different pressure. The compression ratio can be 2.
The two conjugate rotors combine with the synchronously-rotating gear. There is no contact between the rotors. The rotor has three vanes, which increases the noise frequency of conveyed gas and reduces the gas flowback, the gas leakage and noise.
