FCZ pump can be used to convey corrosive or erosivel liquid in many kinds of process, such as chemical process, pharmacy, cosmestics, food and beverage, textile industry and so on. In food industry, FCZ pump can prevent the pumps polluting the food for a second time.  It can also convey viscous medium or the medium with small quantity of particles. It's also applicable for general industry, conveying similar medium.

 

It's a single stage horizontal centrifugal pump. The liquid is sucked from axial direction and is discharged vertically upside. Because it's back pullout structure, the wearing parts can be replaced without disassembling the pipeline. This kind of pump has many types of sealing, such as packing seal and mechanical seal. The mechanical seal has also many types, such as spring inside mounted, spring outside mounted, balancing type, non-balancing type, single end, double ends, double ends tandom. The pump has flexible pin coupling. Lengthened coupling, diaphragm coupling and other kinds of coupling can also be fitted in it. The pump has high efficiency and efficient zone is wide. The impeller can be cut for many times to meet the requirement of the users and energy efficiency benefit is remarkable.
