APPLICATION
IHF is widely used to convey corrosive medium in chemical production, convey chlorine water in ion film caustic soda project, in acid adding process of waste water treatment, convey electrolytic solution in nonferrous metal smelting, and in pharmacy industy, pertroleum, electric power, dye material, paper making industry, food industry, textile industry and electroplating and other industries. IHF pump can also convey corrosive medium of any concentration for long time without getting destroyed, such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, aqua fortis, strong oxidizer, organic solvent and reducing agent and so on.
PRODUCT FEATURES
It's a single stage horizontal centrifugal pump. The liquid is sucked from axial direction and is discharged vertically upside. Because it's back pullout structure, the wearing parts can be replaced without disassembling the pipeline. All the flow passage components uses metal covering and fluorinated ethylenepropylene (F46) inside. It can convey every kind of strong corrosive medium and is anti-corrosion, anti-wear and high temperature proof and other features. The pump uses mechanical seal and flexible pin coupling. Lengthened coupling, diaphragm coupling and other kinds of coupling can also be used. The pump has high efficiency and efficient zone is wide. The energy efficiency benefit is remarkable.

Inner lining fluorinated ethylenepropylene(F46). Cast iron HT250. Nodular cast iron QT450-18. Cast steel ZG230-450 and so on.
