    The pump is used in various process and coveys corrosive and erosive, second-pollution proof and viscous medium, such as chemical industry, pharmacy, cosmestics, food and beverage, textile and so on. It's also suitable for general industries and coveys similar medium and so on.

 

    CHEM and CHEM-C series are small size of HC pump. Its performance is completely the same with the corresponding size of HC pump. They are single stage horizontal centrifugal pumps, sucking axially and discharging radially upside. The pump has back pullout structure and the wearing parts can be replaced without disassembling the pipeline. The material of the pumps are stainless steel AISI316. The difference of CHEM and CHEM-C is that they have different sealing types. CHEM-C uses standard single end face or double end face cartrige mechanical seal (silicon carbon, viton, PTFE or EPDM) with cover. Flushing plans is 02-62/52/53/54. The seal chamber is tapered. CHEM uses inside mounted single mechanical seal without cover. Both the impellers of CHEM and CHEM-C are closed type and they are efficient and have balancing holes to balance axial force.
